Here are few tips: 1, Eat and drink well 😋🍌🍓🥑🍓🍒🥦🥛🥛🥛 Start the week well with nutritional food and plenty of water gives you a fresh start and a little boost to continue the good work down the week.
2, Meditate 🧠 While meditation is not for everyone, there are other ways to so it. By simply sitting down and envision what you'd like to feel and accomplish on the day, the week would really help achieve those goals. Athletes visualize their performance before competition, people also visualize to calm themselves down before giving a speech, and reportedly it really helps!
3, Listen 👂 We got 2 ears and a mouth, so listening is a big part of learning. Listen carefully and heartfully of what people say and feel could build closer relationship to those you care and love. ♥
4, Eat slower Eating in front of your 📺 and smartphones doesn't help with you tasting and appreciating the food, you could potentially eat more! So eat slower and mindfully to feel more satisfied and be thankful for the food.
5, Exercise 💃🏊♂️🤸♂️ Exercise keeps the mind clear, therefore find an exercise or a combination of exercises that suits you could help you move especially if you lead quite a sedentary lifestyle. And it also releases those happy endorphin hormones. 😀
