Methods taught in our studio are carefully selected, which aim to improve your wellness and fitness levels.

The Garuda Method

Developed by James D’Silva, the Garuda Method is the modern hybrid of Pilates, Yoga, Dance. It features a unique apparatus and matwork syllabus that delivers the ultimate in effective body conditioning and rehabilitation. 

Whether you’re recovering from a physical injury, looking to add to your current exercise regime or an accomplished athlete, Garuda will challenge you but the rewards will be considerable.


specially targeted to sculpt your core muscles, enhance core strength and build endurance. Intensity builds with dynamic routine set to upbeat music. This workout is designed for all levels. Come and get your abs and butt pop!

Stretching Class

Using myofasical relase and other stretching method, the class focuses on stretching the common problem area: neck, shoulder, lower back, hips and hamstrings etc. 


Pilates Mat is a functional movement method and is the basis for the entire Pilates system of workouts, which trains the body as a whole, focusing on initiating movement from the powerhouse.  It creates a strong foundation of balance, strength, mobility and flexibility.

PIlates can transform the way your body looks, feels and performs, by teaching you more about body awareness, good posture and functional movement.  You will get stronger without the extra bulk as it tones and leans out muscle.

Practicing pilates consistently is beneficial to everyone as it can be modified for people who have just begun exercising and made more challenging for those who are more advanced.  It is also gentle on the joints making it a safe workout that will maintain the longevity of your body.
