Lovely! You can start with Foundation, get your body and muscles ready then feel free to go on to our Advanced course.
The biggest differentiating factor is that Garuda works your muscles from the inside out and outside in. There are no long holds, no movement that is just done in a singular fashion (ie up and down or lift and lower), and no strict rules of moving. Garuda principles stem from the spiral lines of your body and continually challenges your flow of movement using the spiral lines as a guide. From our core to our extremeties, fingers and toes, and the other way round. Resulting in a complete body movement experience and intention in each movement and exercise.
In the Foundation course, videos are approximately 10 minutes’ long, so you can do just one video, or if you like it, repeat it once or twice.
In our Advanced course, the videos are around 3-6 minutes each, so you can combine several videos together to create your own unique programme everyday - or as often as you want to train.
Foundation course is a one-off payment that grants you access to all the videos in the Foundation course for LIFE. Sweet eh?
The Advanced course is a subscription based course. Each month there will be a subscription fee charged as there are new contents everymonth, unelss you stopped the subscription.
