Bonita is an experienced Garuda & Pilates instructor and the founder of SELF Fitness Studio. She is passionate in helping students improve their body awareness while increasing physical and mental strength.
Her specialties include sports performance training, pre/post-natal fitness, injury rehabilitation, general health and body conditioning.
Alessio is an osteopath that specialises in treating musculo-skeletal pain and movement dysfunction in human as well as domestic animals, mainly horses and dogs.
Alessio achieved a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology in the UK, and trained as an osteopath at the British School of Osteopathy in London, where he graduated in 2009. Since then, Alessio has established and run successful osteopathic clinics in London and Hong Kong, where he co-founded the Hong Kong Osteopathic Association.
