The Garuda Method

What is The Garuda Method?

Developed by James D’Silva, the Garuda is the modern hybrid of Pilates, Yoga, Dance that features a unique multi-functional apparatus and matwork syllabus that delivers the ultimate in effective body conditioning and rehabilitation. 

The Garuda method encompasses the principles of core strength and strength in Pilates, the breath work and asana practices of yoga, the grace and athleticism of dance.


It has all the benefits of a robust cardiovascular workout, the carefully choreographed movements emphasis on smooth, seamless execution without putting any stress on joints. Resulting in a stronger, more flexible, toned body with greater poise and control.
