NKT (Neuro-kinetic therapy)

NeuroKinetic Therapy is a sophisticated form of manual therapy that combines motor control theory and manual muscle testing.

It help correcting compensation patterns as a result of injuries, muscle fatigue, poor posture & trauma. It helps to improve posture, increase strength, stamina and range of motion etc.

NKT may use to treat a number of conditions and injuries,  such as chronic pain ( lower back pain / hip pain,  shoulder / wrist pain, neck, tendinitis, knee, ankle) and injuries.

Meridian Yoga Therapy 經絡養生瑜伽

We work through fundamental hatha yoga on meridian energy channels (經絡) in Traditional Chinese Medicine that run along our back, core, thighs and chest to balance the flow of Qi (氣).
